Final Paper Submission
Important:
Before you can register your paper you should register to the new conference management system. If you haven't registered yet, please register at:
https://confcomm.ieee-ies.
As part of the registration process you will receive a confirmation email for you to activate your account.
IEEE PDF eXpress and Copy Right Requirements:
You need to submit the final version of your paper, with the modifications requested by the reviewers. Once you have done so, you will have a new option in the submission system labelled "sign IEEE copyright," which will take you to IEEE eCF site, where you will be able to transfer copyright to IEEE. Do not add any copyright notice in the bottom margin of your first page. The correct copyright notice will be added by the post-production team.
If your IEEE Template is containing a copyright notice in the bottom margin, remove it before you create a PDF.
The margin should be kept empty such that the requested copyright notice can be added during the post-production.
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
• 49645X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
